Cambs HIA has grants for residents on low incomes in Cambridge City and South Cambs that can help fund this type of work. We call the grants Special Purposes Assistance Grants, and they are non-secured grants for up to £10,000 which must include the 15% plus VAT fee that the HIA charge to organise the grant and works.
