If your roof is leaking or in a poor state of repair you may qualify for a grant or loan to help you repair or replace the roof covering regardless of whether it is a pitched or flat roof.

We are used to working on many different types of property including thatched roofs, tiles, slates, and flat roofs. We will liaise with building control where required.

Where the cost of works exceeds the £10,000 grant available for this work, we will either work with you to identify how you can jointly fund the work or if the property is in Cambridge City and it fails the Housing Health and Safety Rating Standard (HHSRS) for a category 1 failing, a further £10,000 may be awarded.

This extra funding will be secured as an interest free loan on your property and repaid when the property is sold or transferred.
